• Required skills include AWS, Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM), Application Architecture, Cloud Enterprise Architecture, Cloud Management, and Cloud Platform Architecture.
• Candidates should have at least 6 years of experience with the required skills.
• Extension opportunities have not been determined at this time.

Job description:

• Project Nova is a multi-year platform transformation program with Evernorth, building a new cloud-native pharmacy benefit management platform while re-implementing and migrating existing PBM capability and client business in waves.
• Clients leads Program Management and Governance, Integrated Delivery Management, and Operating Model and Readiness through an Orchestration Hub that coordinates two delivery arms, capability build and integration/re-implementation, across roughly 16 functional workstreams.

Responsibilities:

• As a Cloud Platform Architect, you will be responsible for implementing the design and strategy for a new AWS architecture. Your day-to-day activities will involve developing cloud adoption plans, designing cloud applications, and managing cloud environments with monitoring solutions.
• You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.
• Providing solutions to problems that impact multiple teams is a critical part of this role.
• Expert proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS) is required. Expert proficiency in AWS Architecture required.
• Expert proficiency in Cloud Enterprise Architecture, Architectural Design and AWS AI services is required.
• Lead the design and implementation of scalable and secure cloud solutions that align with organizational goals.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance cloud architecture and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of cloud services and applications.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members, fostering knowledge sharing and skill development.
• Evaluate emerging cloud technologies and recommend adoption strategies to maintain competitive advantage.
