Floor Coverings International of Chester County is looking for a motivated and customer-focused In-Home Sales Consultant who enjoys working with people, closing deals, and building lasting business relationships

This is an opportunity for an experienced sales professional to take ownership of their sales pipeline while benefiting from company-provided leads, marketing resources, training, and operational support.

As an In-Home Sales Consultant, you'll meet with customers in their homes, understand their needs, present tailored solutions, and guide them through the buying process. You'll also have the opportunity to develop referral partnerships, generate repeat business, and grow your own customer base.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with referral partners, local businesses, and past customers
• Meet with homeowners in their homes to learn about their needs, preferences, and budget
• Generate new opportunities through referrals, networking, repeat business, and other outreach efforts
• Guide customers through flooring options and recommend solutions that fit their project
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline and track activities, follow-ups, and opportunities
• Create measurements, estimates, and sales proposals based on customer projects
• Stay engaged with prospects throughout the decision-making process and work toward closing the sale
• Work closely with internal teams to help deliver a smooth experience from sale through service
• Manage customer relationships throughout the sales process and beyond

Qualifications

• Self-motivated, driven, and comfortable taking ownership of your work
