Location: Shaker Heights, OH Compensation: $28.00–$30.00 per hour Commitment Level: Live-out, full-time, long-term Guaranteed Hours: 45 hours per week Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM or 9:00 AM–6:00 PM Start Date: Early November 2026 Position Overview A warm, welcoming family is seeking an experienced, long-term nanny to care for their young infant. This is a sole-charge infant care role for a nanny with strong newborn experience who genuinely enjoys the rhythm of the infant year: feeding and nap routines, tummy time, developmental play, and the steady, attentive presence a baby of this age thrives on. The family is looking for someone who will grow with them over the coming years and hopes to build a lasting relationship with the right person. The home is a calm, pet-free environment, and the role is focused entirely on the child; no housekeeping duties are included. Benefits Guaranteed hours per week Two weeks of paid vacation Two paid sick days Two paid personal days Six paid holidays Consistent, year-round schedule Responsibilities Provide attentive, engaged sole-charge care for an infant Manage bottle feeding and maintain feeding, nap, and daily routines Facilitate tummy time and age-appropriate developmental play Take the baby on daily stroller walks Prepare bottles and, as the child grows, infant meals Handle child-related laundry, bottle washing, and tidying of the child's spaces Track daily feeding, sleep, and diapering; communicate updates to parents Occasionally drive to local playgrounds and outings Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating environment for the child Requirements Strong, demonstrated newborn and infant care experience At least one reference must specifically speak to newborn care Must be able to provide 3–5 professional references Current CPR and First Aid certification Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle Up-to-date vaccinations, including COVID-19, Tdap, flu, and MMR Reliable, punctual, and communicative #J-18808-Ljbffr
