International Logistics Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

Manage international orders from entry through shipment and delivery.
Review purchase orders for accuracy, pricing, and shipping requirements.
Coordinate with Supply Chain, Planning, Inventory, and Warehouse teams to ensure product availability.
Monitor open orders and communicate delays, shortages, or service issues.
Process order changes, returns, cancellations, and customer inquiries.
Track shipments and provide status updates, delivery estimates, and shipping documentation.
Prepare and review export documentation, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin, Bills of Lading, Export Declarations, and other trade-related documents.
Ensure compliance with export regulations, customs requirements, Incoterms, and country-specific import/export rules.
Partner with freight forwarders, brokers, and carriers to support international shipments.
Serve as the primary contact for assigned international customers and resolve order-related issues.
Support process improvements, SOP development, ERP enhancements, reporting, and automation initiatives.

Qualifications

2-5 years of experience in international order management, customer operations, logistics, or export coordination.
Experience with export documentation and international shipping processes.
Knowledge of Incoterms, customs regulations, and global transportation practices.
ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, Sage X3, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
Strong Microsoft Excel and Office Suite skills.
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and customer service.

Job Details

Schedule: Onsite, Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm
Employment Type: Permanent
Compensation: $58,000-$63,500 annually
Location: Fort Worth, TX 76177
