Job Description

Live Shopping Host (TikTok) — On-Camera Personality\n

Location: Timonium, MD (in-office) | Type: Full-time or Part-time

\n

Lights, camera, sell.\n

Sterling Forever is looking for a magnetic on-camera host to go live on TikTok and turn our jewelry into must-have moments. Think QVC energy, reimagined for the TikTok generation — fast, fun, and built for a scrolling audience. If you light up the moment a camera turns on, can hold a comment section for hours, and know how to turn "ooh, that's cute" into add to cart — this is your stage.

\n

This isn't a read-the-script gig. You'll be the personality people tune in for. As we scale our live shopping channel, the right host has a real shot at becoming a recognizable face of the brand — and building a following of their own.

\n

Why Sterling Forever\n

For over 10 years, we've built a national women's jewelry brand known for trend-driven, high-quality pieces — celebrity-endorsed and carried in every major department store in the country. Now we're investing heavily in live commerce, and we're assembling the team that gets to define it. It's early, it's fast, and you'd be right at the center of it.

\n

What you'll do\n

\n
• Go live on TikTok, hosting shopping sessions that are equal parts entertainment and sales
\n
• Showcase and style jewelry on camera so viewers can picture it on themselves
\n
• Work the comments in real time — answer questions, shout out viewers, keep the energy up
\n
• Build urgency and turn live audiences into buyers
\n
• Partner with our production team to prep each show and keep the format sharp
\n
• Become a true expert on our products and brand voice so you can speak to anything on the fly
\n

\n

Who you are\n

\n
• A natural on camera — confident, warm, and completely at ease going live
\n
• A storyteller who can make a pair of earrings feel like a must-have
\n
• High-energy and engaging, able to carry long live sessions without losing steam
\n
• Sales-minded — you instinctively know how to move an audience to act
\n
• Bonus: experience in live hosting, on-air/QVC-style retail, sales, content creation, or theater/improv
\n

\n

What you'll get\n

\n
• Pay: $25-$50 per hour, depending on experience, plus performance bonuses tied to live sales
\n
• 401(k) and health insurance
\n
• A leading role in a rapidly scaling D2C brand
\n
• Room to grow as our live channel grows — and to build your own on-camera brand along the way
\n

\n

The details\n

\n
• Location: In-office at our Timonium, MD headquarters. This is a studio-based, on-camera role — not remote.
\n
• Schedule: Full-time or part-time
