Job Title: Sr. Salesforce Business Analyst

We at Coforge are hiring Sr. Salesforce Business Analyst with the following skillset:

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and UAT sessions.
Collaborate with Salesforce Architects, Developers, and QA teams.
Support Agile delivery, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release activities.
Drive process improvements for insurance agent onboarding, servicing, policy lifecycle, commissions, and customer management processes.
Support Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) implementations and enhancements.

Must-Have Skills

10-15 years of Business Analysis experience.
5+ years of Salesforce Business Analyst experience.
Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Financial Services Cloud and Service Cloud capabilities, including users, security model, reports & dashboards, workflow automation, flows, and data management, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
Experience gathering and documenting business requirements, conducting workshops, creating user stories and process flows, performing gap analysis, and collaborating with administrators, developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Experience leading discovery sessions, defining product roadmaps, managing stakeholder expectations, prioritizing backlogs, and driving end-to-end business process transformation initiatives on the Salesforce platform.
Experience supporting Insurance Agent/Distribution business processes.
Agile/Scrum experience with Jira.
UAT planning, execution, and stakeholder management.
Strong communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) preferred, with a solid understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, configuration best practices, release management, and Agile delivery methodologies.
