POSITION DESCRIPTION
Under supervision, manages incoming and outgoing phone calls, directing them to the appropriate departments or individuals within the organization. Operate a switchboard or multi-line phone system, handle inquiries, and provide basic information to callers. Maintain accurate records of calls and may perform additional administrative duties as assigned. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple calls efficiently are essential for success in this role.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma or equivalent
Working knowledge of office processes and equipment required
One, or more, years' experience operating high volume multi-line phone system preferred.
MS Office, Google Office suite experience preferred.

Ability to maintain confidentiality
