\n \nRole Overview
\nSelect Offshore is recruiting Wind Turbine Technicians to support utility-scale onshore wind farm projects across the United States.
\nThis is a hands-on field role suited to technicians with experience in wind turbine installation, commissioning, service, and maintenance on modern multi-MW turbine platforms. Opportunities are available for both project-based and longer-term assignments depending on experience and location.
\n \nKey Responsibilities
\n• Perform wind turbine installation, commissioning, service, and maintenance activities
\n• Execute mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic tasks in line with OEM procedures
\n• Conduct troubleshooting, inspections, and fault finding on wind turbine systems
\n• Follow all site safety requirements including lock-out tag-out and permit systems
\n• Complete daily work reports and maintenance documentation
\n• Work effectively as part of a site-based technical team
\nRequired Experience and Qualifications
\n• Previous experience working as a wind turbine technician on utility-scale projects
\n• Mechanical, electrical, or electro-mechanical background
\n• Ability to read and understand electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic diagrams
\n• Valid GWO certifications including BST and BTT or equivalent US safety training
\n• Comfortable working at heights and in all weather conditions
\n• Willingness to travel or work rotationally across the United States
\nPreferred Experience
\n• Installation, commissioning, or service experience on modern onshore turbines
\n• Experience with major component exchange support or heavy maintenance
\n• Familiarity with OEM procedures and quality standards
